OUR CONTEST WINNER IS Sarah G! Congratulations! Contact me to set up your free yoga, tarot or fascial stretch session! So excited to work with you!
My survey is closed, but my door is always open for communication! If you have ideas or questions, celebrations or suggestions, please don't hesitate to contact me. To those of you who took the time to fill out the form - THANK YOU! - it gave me a good sense of what folx are looking for and how I might better serve you. In this time of physical distancing, we are all looking for ways to stay connected to each other and to ourselves. Your answers also made it clear that you are looking for ways to stay involved in the greater calls for social change and social justice. I am really excited to start implementing ways that we as a community can build these kinds of connections together.
We will be adding new classes over the next month or so. The first new class will be on Thursday mornings at 730am. Starting on September 3rd. This class will be 75 minutes long and include time for community connection and community action as well as asana practice. See my class schedule to sign up! 10% of what you pay towards this class will be donated to an org of your choice each month. You can look forward to other classes and community building in the future as well. In mid-September we will begin a tarot/yoga practice that will be slower and include more subtle cue-ing than the vinyasa-based classes we have been doing on Tuesdays. Beginning in October, we will be forming a cohort for connection for those of you who would like to deepen your yoga practice, whether by delving in to the other limbs of yoga or breaking down the anatomy of a pose. This group will be steered by the needs and desires of the group members - more info to come!
Speaking of getting nerdy with the anatomy of yoga postures, I am going to start working on a free project for you! Is there a posture, movement or an idea in yoga that has had you stumped? Something that maybe your yoga teacher has breezed by in class but you still struggle with it? Let me know HERE! I am working on some little de-mystifiers for you, but I want to make sure they are things you can actually use and benefit from.
That's all for now, my loves! Like I said before, my lines of communication are always open! I'd love to hear how you are doing and how we can build this community to support you in more well-rounded ways.
